Payment
We accept credit cards and e-checks through PayPal. If paying by an e-check, it must clear first before your order will be shipped out. It usually takes about 3-4 business days, depending on the bank, to clear.

Shipping
All orders will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours via the Hong Kong Postal Service.

International Shipping
Currently we send to any country in the world. All orders are shipped via the Hong Kong Postal Service only.

Return & Exchange Policy
Due to hygienic reasons, there are no returns. All sales are final. If however, you receive a damaged product, please email us at info@lacusprofessional.com within 3 days of receipt if you would like it replaced or refunded. You are asked to return the damage product so we can inspect it.

Out of Stock Item
If for some reason you place an order and an item is temporarily out of stock, you will be contacted via email and you will have the option of receiving a refund or waiting until the item is back in stock and we will ship it out to you at no extra charge.
